My candle-making journey began in 2022 after a Snapchat craft video sparked my curiosity. I’ve always loved both science and creativity, and candle making brought the two together perfectly. What started as experimenting in my garage quickly became the former Welsh Candle Co.

I began selling at local markets, where seeing my candles sell out and watching customers connect with something I had created inspired me to take an even bigger leap: opening my own storefront. It was an incredible chapter that taught me so much about creating, growing a business, and serving my customers.

When the lease ended, I made the difficult decision to close the shop and step away. But I never stopped missing the creativity, the process, and the joy of making something people could bring into their homes.

Eventually, I knew it was time to return—this time with more experience, intention, and a clearer vision.

That’s how Welsh Collective began.

Welsh Collective isn’t a completely new beginning. It’s the next chapter of a journey that started in my garage, grew through sold-out markets, and eventually found a storefront of its own.

Now, I’m back to creating again, and I can’t wait to see where this next chapter leads. I welcome you on this journey with me.
